Return Policy + Refunds
Our mission is to provide you with good-looking, comfortable tees while funding coral reef restoration. Because 100% of our profits go directly to coral restoration organization, we are limited in the types of refunds we can provide.
Unfortunately, we don't currently provide refunds for items that are unwanted or that don't fit correctly. We also don't provide refunds for used items, or items that have been damaged not due to our error.
If your order is damaged or defective upon arrival, we'll be happy to provide you with a refund or send another product at no cost. Refund claims must be submitted within 15 days of order delivery. Please email us at email@example.com to initiate a refund.
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the weight of your package, and usually takes 3-6 days for orders placed within the United States, and could take longer for international orders, depending on your geographic location.
You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped, including tracking number with detailed delivery information.
Order processing and fulfillment typically takes 5-7 business days. Why the extra 5-7 business days? We're a small company and (for now) are limited in the scale at which we can produce items, so occasionally, your order may need to be custom printed. As we grow, however, we hope to improve the speed at which we can fulfill orders — just remember, you're supporting a good cause and our clothing is worth the wait!
Lost or Damaged Packages
Occasionally items can become lost in transit, are delivered to the wrong address or can become damaged. Unfortunately we are not able to offer refunds on items damaged that have been lost or damaged in transit. Our packages all ship with trackable services for your convenience.
If you believe that your order has been lost in transit, we may be able to help you track it down or submit a claim to the applicable carrier service — just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can help!
Incorrect Shipping Address
If you have provided us with an incorrect shipping address and your package is returned to Coral Tees, you will be responsible for any additional cost required to ship the package to your correct address. If there is an error in the shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com so that we can attempt to intercept your delivery with the correct address (extra fee may be imposed by the carrier).
Additional Shipping Considerations
Coral Tees will not provide refunds when orders are refused at delivery, the shipping address is deemed undeliverable, or the wrong address is given at the time of purchase.
For international orders (outside of the U.S.), Coral Tees will not provide refunds when the customer fails to pay duties and taxes associated with their order.
